The Allied Physicians Salary survey reveals a difference in salary by years of experience for Pediatricians as follows:

  • 1-2 Years - $ 135,000
  • 3 or More - $ 175,000
  • Maximum - $ 271,000\

The same survey also revealed difference in maximum salary for specialists in pediatrics as follows:

  • Cardiology: $607,000
  • Critical Care: $398,000
  • Oncology: $251,000
  • Neurology: $362,000
